Topics to include: dog paws and hot surfaces, heat strokes, snake bites, allergic reactions, beach dangers, thunderstorm anxiety, the importance of microchips and dealing with found/lost dogs.
July 21st
“Understanding Common Critical Emergencies” Part I
“Recognizing, Understanding and …… Can You Prevent? Common Critical Gastrointestinal and Endocrine Diseases.”
Topics to include: The dreaded “Bloat”, vomiting and diarrhea: WHY? Foreign object ingestions, pancreatitis, diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, and much more!
August 11th
“Understanding Common Critical Emergencies” Part II
“The Challenges of the ER: Recognizing, Understanding and Why? Lethargy, Weakness, Collapse, or was it a Seizure?
Learn when to rush to your vet, understand the possible causes (life threatening internal bleeding such as from a mass, heart disease, and much more), as well as…….how I figure it out!
