The Charleston Kennel Club Board of Directors will be requesting the membership for approval to make a donation to the Hurricane Relief for Animals through Louisiana State University Veterinary Medical School. Don & Sandy Little's Australian shepherd, BROOKRIDGE HOLIDAY REFLECTIONS went WB, BW, BOS for a three point major and is a NEW CHAMPION!!! She was completely owner handled to her title!

Thayer Arthur's Pembroke Welsh Corgi, WOODWYNNE'S FLYING HIGH RN CGC, Rudy, got his third leg and has earned his Companion Dog title at 11 months!

So who sez all wins and brags should be in the show ring???
Sherry Wallace's sheltie Harry just got a hip rating of OFA Excellent!

Lorri Isenhath's Labrador Retreiver DOVETAILS WALKING A THIN LINE was Winners Bitch, BW, BOS from the Bred By class for a 4 point major!!!

Thayer Arthur's Pembroke Welsh Corgi, WOODWYNNE'S FLYING HIGH RN, Rudy, got his second and third Rally legs in Greenville to earn his Rally Novice title! At 10 months of age! And...he got two legs toward his CD!

Don & Sandy Little's Australian shepherd, BROOKRIDGE HOLIDAY REFLECTIONS went WB, BW for a four point major! Their Mastiff, Red Maple Daisy Bear completed her Rally Novice B title in three straight shows! Trooper (Bama's Blazin Trooper CD, ASCA CD, RN) got a leg toward his Rally Advanced B title!

Annette Howe and Liz Van Sickle had much success in the Am. Staff ring! VAN GUNN'S DOUBLE FEATURE was Winners Bitch all three days from the 6-9 month puppy class. CH VAN GUNN'S CRUISE CONTROL was BOB for both days he was entered!

Pat & James Stebbins' Shih Tzu, Tallis Rockin' The House (Rocky) took First Place in the 6-9 mo. old puppy class!

One afternoon, Sue was in the backyard hanging the laundry when an old, tired-looking dog wandered into the yard.

Sue could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home. But when she walked into the house, he followed her, sauntered down the hall and fell asleep in a corner.

An hour later, the dog went to the door, and Sue let him out.

The next day he was back. He resumed his position in the hallway and slept for an hour. This continued for several weeks.

Curious, Sue pinned a note to his collar: "Every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap."

The next day the dog arrives with a different note pinned to his collar: "He lives in a home with ten children -- he's trying to catch up on his sleep."
