2010  Shows

We are in the process of preparing our catalog submission for the 2010 show.  We need to know if you will be sponsoring any trophies so we can get your name into the it.  All trophies must be paid for prior to final approval, towards the end of September.  Please communicate with Valerie Neiman-Greider and copy Cheryl if you will be sponsoring a trophy.

At this time all information for 2010 trophies has been submitted to MB-F. If you would like to recognize your favorite breed with additional trophy donations, you still can do so. However, we can not guarantee what description of your gift will make it into the catalog and you will have to use your own items.

Thank you for all of your generous donations!

We are also asking for those who will volunteer time with setting up and breaking down, to please contact Cheryl Hatchell.

Our January show will be here before we know it.  We need volunteers to help  pick up judges at the airport.  They will most likely be arriving Friday.  We need to pick them up and take them to the hotel in downtown Charleston.  Please let Ricki know if you will be available to help.

We also would like to be sure that we connect with all the local papers to advertise the show.  Please let Ricki know the name of a paper specific to your neighborhood. We will begin contacting them about a month prior to the show for exposure.

Advertising space will also be available in the 2010 catalog. Club members are welcome to check into placing an ad for their breed or solicit ads from local businesses. It would be great to have more ads in our catalog next year. Please Email the 2009 show chair, Cheryl Hatchell, for ad information or call her at 843-814-0726.

The club is looking for names for Sportsperson of the Year. Submit nominations to Don Little.
